Joe spent 12 years at United Technologies in Telecommunications and IT. In 2002, Joe left and started SWAT Technologies.
Joe brings over 35 years of expertise in the tech space from global deployements to challenging security issues.
Joe provides many seminars on tech, and is a frequent guest speaker. Joe has also appeared on WDRC radio.
Joe is the former 2 term president of the local Valley Chapter of BNI (Business Networking International) growing the chapter from 15 to 30 members.
Ben’s experience includes working in IT at two Ivy League universities in Boston setting up personal computer support at the first, and helping to replace a Help Desk with distributed IT support at the second.
For the last 13 years, he’s worked in Connecticut, first as IT Director for a cosmetic and pharmaceutical firm, and for the last 10 years for IT Managed Service Providers where he provided remote and on-site support for small and medium businesses throughout New England.
Ben is well versed in both large and small-scale technology implementations and has managed technology projects from auto dealerships to pharmaceuticals.
